Some think that health cannot be defined as a state at all, but must be seen as a process of continuous adjustment to the changing demands of living and of the changing meanings we give to life. 70-95% of people are classified as unhealthy.

IDA is inviting you to experience the elite sport – CrossFit and stay fit and healthy!

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The program is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual's competency at all physical tasks.

This course is designed for anyone interested, personally or professionally, in learning more about the fundamentals of CrossFit. It is the starting point to improving fitness regardless of current health and athletic capacity.
