Sustainable food supply in a world of limited resources – a global perspective - webinar
Food is no longer just nutrition, but a global commodity traded on the world market. Food production and distribution depend not only on soil quality, water availability, fossil energy, and technology, but also on geopolitics. As the climate warms and the world population pushes toward 9 billion people, many of whom are trying to move up the food chain, what are the prospects for global food security? How can we build a more resilient food system to feed everybody well?
