Kom til konference om 3D, som er så meget mere end printere. Vi sætter fokus på emnet den 29. september 2017! Tilmeld dig her.

Driving 3D in english

IDA's new conference on 29 September 2017 focuses on everything 3D.

The purpose of Driving 3D is to gather knowledge, experts, and technologies from all 3D areas and to disseminate and help understand the perspectives of the 3D revolution that is coming – all in one day. All areas of 3D will be well represented throughout the day.

Why? Because the use of 3D is a common denominator for many technologies and industries.

The use of 3D is expected to spread widely in the near future and is part of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, e.g. in gaming, surgery, and visualization. 3D modeling open source 3D designs, and sharing models will potentially make big changes and already has considerate impact. In the same way, 3D printers have already changed prototyping and has influences everything from something as big as a house or as small as a molecule. And it is expected that 3D printers will soon be part of serial production.

This wave of 3D will have an extensive influence on business areas and models, and Driving 3D will try to catch up on all this in one day.

The conference will be divided into three separate tracks called The Potential, The Technology, and The Consequence:

The Potential
Meet the thinkers who dream about the 3D of the future in several dimensions. They let us in on their view of the technology within the next 50 years.

The Technology
Meet, experience, and be inspired by speakers whose algorithms, tools, and finished products influence the World as we know it.

The Consequence
The speakers in this track discuss the influence that 3D technology has on business models, our society, and life in general.
