IDA Risk have assembled a group of leading Danish and International experts in Risk Management, Project Delivery and Capital Project Execution. Also this year the conference includes Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Strategic Risk Management (SRM).

Jeff Norem is a cyber security leader with more than 15 years of experience in security, privacy, fraud, incident response and risk management across multiple industries and fortune 500 organizations.  Jeff is currently the VP of Security and part of the executive leadership team at Augeo Affinity Marketing.   Augeo is based in St. Paul with regional offices throughout the US.  The firm is a national leader in helping businesses growth through marketing, loyalty, and performance programs and technologies.

Jeff’s career focus has been building security programs that analyze and mitigate the risks to organizational objectives.  He perceives information security as a business function that must work closely with technology in the shared goal of enabling organizations to take an educated view of risks.  Jeff sees risk leadership as helping others in both life and work to use critical thinking and logic in decision making.  Jeff has published several security articles and speaks at global security and risk conferences.  He has achieved CISSP and CISA certifications. 

Jeff holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas with a focus in risk leadership.  He also had the pleasure of studying abroad with Peter Young, extending his academic experiences to a global context.  He joins the Risk Leadership Initiative Advisory Board as an Alumni. 

Being both a fan of statistics and a young risk taker, Jeff was a semi-professional poker player who once participated in the World Series of Poker.
